Founder's story
Why Lidera exists, and what it's built to close.
Lidera began as the Lidercom Global Internship — a two-month program with MW Coach Inc. that brought international students in Korea, from Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, and Tanzania, together to bridge technical skill with human-centered leadership. Built around the H.U.G. framework — Human-centered values, Undertaking-ability, and Growing-up — the program asked participants to do more than write code: to design a data-driven service that could track and support real student growth, in real educational settings.
That sprint became the first working version of the Lidera dashboard — an MVP built for both Korean and global markets, shaped by interns who were undergoing their own journey of self-discovery alongside the people they were building for. What started as an internship became a platform, and what started as a cohort became a team still building it today — with the same mission: to equip subsequent generations with a meaningful sense of purposeful living, and to help people, teams, and organizations thrive.

“The quest for a meaningful life begins when it’s not about you.” I draw my life’s philosophy from the simplest of all virtues, love. Loving not what I want but what I am willing to offer to the world and what life expects of me. A meaning that is selfless. Simply put, it’s not about self. This to me is true happiness. I want to be the one holding the ladder while you climb. If we climb at the same time we risk falling. If you do it alone you might fall too. But if I hold the ladder steady you will climb first and it’s way more safer.

As Founder of MW Coach Inc. and Co-Founder of LIDERCOM Inc. and MW Trade S.A.C., he works to connect global talent, create opportunities, and build sustainable ecosystems that generate meaningful value for people, organizations, and communities.
